Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription from the Billing area inside Account Center. Cancellation does not delete your data, and your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Where to cancel
- Open your profile menu.
- Go to Account Center.
- Open Billing.
- Downgrade to FREE plan.
What happens after cancellation
Cancellation does not end your paid plan immediately. Your current plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves off the paid plan.
What happens to your data
No data is lost when you cancel. Your existing data stays in your account. The only difference is that access to certain features or parts of your data may become limited depending on the plan that remains active after the paid period ends.
After the paid period ends
Once the current paid period finishes, your account falls back to the access level allowed by the plan available after cancellation. Your data remains tied to your account, but feature access and limits follow the active plan.
Cancellation changes future access, not data ownership. Your account keeps its data even after the paid subscription ends.
