Change Your Plan
Every new user starts on the Free plan. If you want to move to a different plan later, you can do that from the Billing area inside your account settings.
Where to manage your plan
- Open your profile menu.
- Go to Account Center.
- Open Billing.
In Billing, you can see your current plan, limits, and usage related stats, and switch to a different plan when needed.
What happens when you upgrade
Upgrades are processed immediately after successful payment processing. Once the payment goes through, your account is moved to the new plan right away.
What happens when you downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current plan period. This means your current plan stays active until that billing period finishes, and the new lower plan starts after that.
What happens to your data
No data is lost when you change plans. The only change is access. Depending on the features and limits of your active plan, some parts of your data may become unavailable until you move back to a plan that includes them.
Plan changes affect access and limits, not ownership of your data.
